Licensed Trauma Therapist • Empowerment Speaker • Wellness Facilitator
My work was born from both personal experience and cultural understanding. I know what it means to be the strong one. The dependable one. The one who carries responsibilities, expectations, and emotional weight without always having space to fall apart.
Growing up and moving through life as a Black woman and Caribbean woman, I saw how often we are taught to push through pain, silence our needs, and keep going no matter the cost. I also saw how that strength, while beautiful, can become heavy when we carry it alone.
My own healing journey taught me that true strength includes softness. It includes rest. It includes being witnessed, supported, and held in safe spaces where you don’t have to explain your culture, your identity, or your lived experiences.
That is why I created spaces where healing feels human, culturally affirming, and deeply compassionate. Spaces where you are allowed to show up fully — not just as who you’ve had to be, but as who you truly are.
Culturally responsive. Body-centered. Whole-person healing.

Your healing is deeply connected to your identity, heritage, and lived experiences. I hold space in ways that honor your cultural background, family systems, and the unique realities you navigate every day.

Healing is not just something we think about — it’s something we feel. Through gentle body-centered practices, we help your nervous system feel safe, release stored tension, and reconnect you with your inner wisdom.

Our work may include Reiki, breathwork, sound healing, grounding rituals, and mindfulness practices that support emotional, energetic, and spiritual balance.

This is a space where you don’t have to shrink, perform, or explain. You are met with compassion, respect, and care — exactly as you are.
